The area of Hazeldell in Prince Albert had an unwelcome visitor Wednesday night.
A mother black bear and her two cubs made their way into the residential area.
Conservation officers were able to shoot and kill the mother, but the two cubs got away.
The officers said they had been tracking the bears for about three weeks now and will continue to try and catch the two cubs.
