Two accused in death of Rob Vicente appear in court

The two young men accused in the death of Rob Vicente appeared in court in Regina on Wednesday morning.

Vicente’s family sat in the courtroom holding pictures of him.

They watched without expression as the accused Darak Andrew More entered the court room.

The 22-year-old made a short appearance, requesting a transfer to Saskatoon.

The co-accused, Devin Riel Schmit, made his appearance via video.

The two men, who are charged with first-degree murder, are both scheduled to reappear next month.

Rob Vicente, then 25 years old, went missing last October. He was last seen Oct. 10, 2010, at a gas station.

It wasn't until February that his body was found at a farm property outside Davidson.
