Second person charged in death of three-year-old boy found in van in Regina
Regina police have now charged a second person, Harley Wliiam Fraser Stueck, in the death of three-year-old Nylan Jordan George Clark, who was found in a van behind a house on Halifax Street.
Thirty-eight year-old Stueck is charged with criminal negligence causing death, indignity to a dead body and obstruction of justice. He made his first court appearance at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
Elizabeth Popowich with Regina police confirms the man was known to both the child and the mother, but would not specify the exact relationship.
She also states that the boy was dead for a few days. It was last Tuesday night in north Regina that police found the small boy's body inside a stolen van. The van had been set of fire in what appears to be an attempt to conceal the evidence.
