Rider fan beats the odds and gets a big surprise

Roughrider Chris Best made a stop at the Floor Store late this afternoon on his way to the fish fry at the Wildlife Federation.

The football player made a presentation to Nikolas Stefanyshyn. The boy, a big Saskatchewan Roughrider fan, spent 10 weeks in the hospital last year with a tumour. Doctors were not sure if he would ever walk again.

His mother says he is doing great and can move around fine.

The visit was a huge treat for Stefanyshyn.
