From Elkridge Resort to the Ness Creek music festival, Saskatchewan is a vacation hotspot. Wednesday night, thirteen finalists were recognized at the Saskatchewan Tourism Awards of Excellence. Tourism Saskatchewan President and CEO, Dr. Linda Haverstock, is excited the province has become a travel destination.

β€œIt never ceases to amaze how many great entrepreneurs, volunteers and business we have,” Haverstock said excitedly.

Table Mountain Regional Park took home Business of the Year (in the under-50 employees group.) The Windscape Kite Festival in Swift Current took the Marketing Award.

The SaskTel Jazz Festival made it's mark as well β€” winning Online Marketing Campaign of the Year. The chairman's Lifetime Achievement award went to Arnie Peterson β€” the man behind Elkridge Resort.
