Junior bullrider Billy West, 16, shows that you don’t have to be 18, to get the job done.
He hung on for the full eight seconds during the intermission at the Ryan Byrne Invitational Pro Bullriding even in Prince Albert on Saturday night.
In two years West will be able to join the pro circut.
