Some examples of abuse or neglect are:
* No shelter
* No food or water bowls
* Tied up on a very short chain
If you see animals being abused or neglected, you can:
* Talk to the owner
* Report the abuse or neglect to the SPCA
Please call the SPCA at 763-6110 if you believe in an animal is being abused or neglected.
