Visitor restrictions lifted at Melfort Hospital

Visitor restrictions in place at Melfort Hospital, in the Kelsey Trail Health Region, are lifted.

An outbreak was declared on Sunday, after four patients displayed symptoms of diarrhea.

There were no new cases reported since Tuesday and tests show the cause of the illness to be undetermined

Visitors to the hospital are and all health region facilities are being asked to use caution, such as using hand sanitizer.
