Regina police warn residents of high-risk offender in their midst

Regina police are asking residents to watch out for a man with history of violent robberies using a knife or firearm, as well as violent sexual assaults against women.
They say 52-year-old Eugene George Laramee is at a high risk to re-offend. His female victims have ranged in age from young girls to elderly women. He is currently living in Regina's Heritage neighborhood, east of the downtown.
Laramee's release conditions include that he must return to his residence nightly, attend counselling, avoid contact with girls under the age of 18 unless supervised by an adult who is aware of his criminal history, abstain from drugs and alcohol, and report all relationships with women to his parole supervisor.
Anyone with questions or concerns can contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500. Laramee is described as 5'11, with brown eyes and brown, greying hair. He also has a moustache.
