It was an hour of excitement at the Gateway Mall during the Mix 101 FM Diaper Dash.

Babies, less than one-year-old, raced to finish-line, all for a chance to win a $1,000 registered education savings plan.

There was some fierce competition in the later heats, while some babies just sat and watched the action take place around them.

Joel Sinclair took home the top prize. Kash Hawryluk came in second and Max Gibb rounded out the top three.
