For any of the older readers- do you remember the lineups of traffic on the railbridge? This was the scene prior to the Diefenbaker Bridge opening in 1960.

For any of the younger readers- Prince Albert’s railbridge wasn’t just for trains. The trains travelled in the center, vehicles on either side, and on the outside (where this photo is taken from) was the sidewalk.

This photo was taken about 1950 and is looking North.
