The performance of fire during the annual Fire and Ice event at New Ground Café, in Birch Hills. About 30 people were served four courses, including rabbit and lentil pizza, Northern Pike gravlax and an ice wine soup, outside in –15 C. The ice restaurant was created by café owner and chef Jenni Willems to help people appreciate the wintery outdoors.
