Davidson site of Rob Vicente’s funeral Saturday

Saturday is a sombre day in Davidson as people gather to remember Rob Vicente and celebrate his life.

His funeral will be held Saturday at 1 p.m.

The 25-year-old Vicente disappeared in October. His remains were finally found last week on a farm near Davidson.

Darak More, 22, of Saskatoon and Devin Schmit, 20, of Fort Qu'Appelle are charged with first-degree murder.

A large turnout is expected for the funeral, enough to fill two churches and the high school auditorium. The Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Parish, Davidson United Church, and Davidson High School will be connected via a video feed displayed on big screens.
