Man killed in snowmobile crash

One more tragedy has been added to the tally of snowmobile deaths this month.

RCMP said a man driving about 60 kilometres south of Meadow Lake died Saturday, after running into power pole guide line.

The man was pronounced dead on the scene.

He has been identified as 47-year-old Tracy Abbott of Lloydminster, Sask.

Mounties said he was in a snowmobile rally at the time. At this point it's not clear which of the several snowmobile rallies this weekend the man was apart of.
