Heart Health Presentation

Heart Health Presentation onWednesday, February 23rd from 10:00 am – 11:30 am in the Hjertaas Room (upper level) at the Co-operative Health Centre.

Come and learn how healthy eating can help you achieve “heart health” and control your cholesterol.  Presenter will be Leigha Mund, RD, CDE.
