Guilty plea in Manville Bay home invasion case
The last of four people charged in a violent home invasion two years ago in Prince Albert has changed his plea to guilty.
This morning, Lance Regan pleaded guilty to eight offences relating to the 2008 attack at the Manville Bay apartment block, which hospitalized five people.
Regan a known gang member was originally charged with 28 offences including unlawful confinement, aggravated assault, extortion and robbery.
Both the crown and defence have agreed on a 10 year prison sentence, however they continue to argue over how much credit Regan should receive for time spent on remand.
