Norovirus threat over at Tisdale care home

Visitor restrictions have been lifted at a care home in Tisdale following an outbreak of Norovirus.

The Kelsey Trail Health Region declared an outbreak at the Sasko Park Lodge on Jan.18 after four residents displayed symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea.

Norovirus has popped up in several communities this month most notable was the large outbreak a St Paul hospital in Saskatoon where the illness affected 32 patients, and 46 staff.
