Mogg winner of beautiful baby contest

After more than a month of proud parents submitting photos of their babies for the 2010 Beautiful Baby Contests, there is a winner.
This afternoon Samantha Mogg accepted a $250 Sobey's gift certificate. Her daughter Layla Kelly Mogg was randomly selected to win the top prize.
There were more than 120 entries in the contest.
People are still encouraged to submit birth announcements on paNOW.com.
