We will find out tomorrow what is in store for Prince Albert in 2011.
Mayor Jim Scarrow will deliver his State of the City address at the Ches Leach Lounge in the Art Hauser Center.
paNOW reporter Andrew de Souza and 900 CKBI news director Brent Bosker will be guests of Don Mitchell and the Region at Noon for live coverage.
