Regina police investigate suspicious death

The Regina Police Service is investigating what could be Regina's first murder of the year.
At about 4:30 Saturday morning they were called to a house in the 400 block of Montreal Street because of a noisy altercation. But on route, Elizabeth Popowich with the Regina Police Service says more information came in.
“We got additional information about an adult male at that house who had been seriously injured so police and EMS arrived, located an adult male who was
pronounced deceased by EMS at the scene.”
An autopsy will be done next week to determine the cause of death.
