Local curlers try and rock the ice at provincials

Prince Albert is represented in both junior women’s and men’s divisions in a provincial curling championship this weekend. It takes place in Nipawin.
Robyn Despins’ team has won one out of three of their matches. Yesterday, they gained a win against Danielle Bertsch scoring 11-8 and lost against Trish Paulsen, 6-1.
The continue round robin play at 2:30 this afternoon against Brooklyn Lemon.
Evan Billay’s team has one win and two losses under their belt so far in the tournament. Yesterday, they won against Kevin McGregor, 7-2, and lost to Kody Hartung, 11-2.
