Police deal with rowdy new year’s weekend

It was a busy weekend for the Prince Albert Police Service, but they expected it.

Police attended 212 calls for service. More than half of these calls were on New Year’s Eve night which meant police responded to 125 in a 12 hour period.

Alcohol-influenced, loud parties made up a majority of the calls.
