Phonebook Recycling Project
Bravo Vickers Vikings! We collected 5,200 phonebooks this year and saved 66 trees from destruction!! SaskTel will be presenting our school with a cheque for $520.00!
The classrooms that brought in the most phonebooks per student are…
– Dev. Ed. to Grade 2 – Grade 2 Mme Thomas. They collected 10.7 phonebooks per student!
– Grades 3 – 5 – Grade 4 Mme Bliojiu. They collected 32.2 phonebooks per student!
– Grades 6 – 8 – Grade 7 Mme Martin. They collected 15.8 phonebooks per student!
Mme Williams will present treats to these classrooms in January.
