The accolades keep coming for Prince Albert Raider forward Jonathan Parker. One day after being named WHL player of the week,  the Raiders' forward was named the CHL Player of the Week. Parker netted four goals and five assists and was a plus-5 in three games for the week ending December 19.

Parker and the Raiders met their east division rivals the Regina Pats three straight times beginning last Tuesday night with a 6-3 win.  Parker scored two goals including the game-winner and added an assist as the game’s second star.  He claimed second star honours again on Friday night following a four-point effort with two goals and two assists despite a 6-4 loss.  His week wrapped up on Saturday with two assists as the Raiders edged the Pats 6-4.

Parker, a 19-year-old from Solana Beach, California, is playing in his third full WHL season.  He sits 11th in WHL scoring with 43 points in 37 games played scoring 22 goals and 21 assists.
