The youth who assaulted a Prince Albert taxi driver with a machete was back in court today.
Like the result of his last court appearence, sentencing was adjourned again. The new sentencing is expected Dec. 23.
It was initally expected that the 14 year old was going to be sentenced on this past Friday.
The lawyers said they needed more time to review a mental health assessment report.
