A newly elected director of the Canadian Wheat Board says election results prove the board's model works for Saskatchewan farmers.
Four of the five recently elected directors are publicly in favour of maintaining the status quo.
“The business model for the Canadian Wheat Board has been shown by every credible study to be a good business model, which puts more money from the marketplace back into the pockets of farmers,” said Swift Current's Stewart Wells, the new representative for district 3.
