Charges laid following assault

Two men are facing charges following an attack on an elderly man in Northern Saskatchewan.

Last Friday, RCMP received a complaint regarding an alleged assault in Buffalo Narrows.

A 64-year-old man was found suffering from serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

He was eventually air-lifted to Saskatoon where he remains under medical care.

Eric McKay, 45, from Saskatoon and Charles Triskle, 30, from Sudbury, Ontario were arrested that same day and charged with aggravated assault.
