UPDATE: Internet troubles fixed

The Internet problems that were plaguing Sasktel customers today have been fixed.

According to Sasktel, the problem originated from a patch done on their primary server.

“We do patches on an ongoing basis for maintenance and we do have back up servers,” said Sasktel spokeswoman Michelle Englot.

Englot said in this case they encountered an issue with the router when they brought the server back online.

“As we rebooted the servers and routers everything managed fix itself,” she said.
