Snow removal season has hit the city
A plan of attack may sound like a military term, but that is what’s needed for the City of Prince Albert when city crews take on a Saskatchewan winter.
As Prince Albert is getting into snow removal season there are some policies the Public Works Department is reminding drivers about.
When there is a major dump of snow, the city will declare a 48-hour parking ban on streets with emergency routes and high-traffic roadways.
That means people cannot park along streets with parking ban signs and will have to move their vehicles if they are already parked when the ban is called.
