Graham James fails to make court appearance

It's not clear if convicted sex offender Graham James will seek bail on the nine new charges he is facing.

He didn't appear in a Winnipeg court Thursday, but his lawyer did and the case was put over until Monday.

The former junior hockey coach faces charges of sexual assault, sexual exploitation and gross indecency dating back to 1979.
