A Regina taxi cab driver is shaken up after being beaten and robbed last night.
Just after 9:00 p.m. Friday night, the driver picked up three to four men in an area around Mosaic Stadium, and as requested, drove them to Wascana Parkway and Kramer Boulevard.
Once there, the men physically attacked the driver and stole his money.
Sgt. Corey Zaharuk of the Regina Police says the suspects got away.
“All the suspects fled on foot in different directions,” he said.
Police continue to investigate and are looking for three to four male Caucasian suspects, all approximately 25 years of age.
The cab driver was not seriously injured.
