P.A. Sports Hall of Fame banquet on Saturday

On Saturday, the Prince Albert Sports Hall of Fame will hold its 25th annual induction banquet at the Ches Leach Lounge.

In preparation for Saturday’s banquet, here’s a list of this year’s inductees, along with a brief summary of their successes.

Habscheid sticks around with Raiders for 4 more years

After the Prince Albert Raiders’ last game of the regular season March 21, Marc Habscheid left the Art Hauser Centre not knowing if he’d return as the Raiders’ head coach.

He got his answer exactly one month later.

A few dozen competitive weightlifters challenged their strength in Prince Albert over the weekend at the Sask. Open.

SaskPro Crossfit hosted one of the Saskatchewan Weightlifting Association’s last events of the year on Saturday.
