Please share the attached Terry Fox Award nomination information The deadline for nominations is was extended to June 29, 2018.  

The winner will be presented the award at a City Council meeting in September and will be invited to serve as an honorary chair at the annual Terry Fox run.

Nominations can be emailed to dblais@citypa.com, mailed to City of Prince Albert, Attn: Recreation Manager, 1084 Central Avenue, Prince Albert, SK, S6V 7P3 or dropped off at the Community Services Department.
