Update: Big River First Nation man reported missing has been found

Update: Conrad Yew has been located, and is safe according to RCMP

 

The Big River RCMP detachment has requested help locating a 37-year-old man.

Conrad Yew is from Big River First Nation. RCMP have not provided details regarding his last known whereabouts.

UPDATE: Missing senior located

UPDATE: According to a media release from the La Ronge RCMP, John Roberts has been located.

La Ronge RCMP is requesting the public’s help in locating 76-year-old John Isaac Roberts.

Following a 33 point campaign last year, Brett Leason is currently leading the nation with 60 points in 27 games this season. Leason and Ian Scott now have a chance to earn their way onto Team Canada's roster at the upcoming World Junior Championship.

A pair of Raiders have earned the opportunity to compete for a spot on Team Canada at the 2019 World Junior Championships.

Prince Albert residents recognized

Prince Albert residents were recently honoured with awards.

One of those was Stephen Acron, who was awarded the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Silver Award. Acorn received the recognition at a ceremony in Regina recently.
