Prime Minister Justin Trudeau meets with First Nations chiefs in Fort Qu'Appelle

Arriving to a cheering crowd, the prime minister made Saskatchewan's First Nations his priority Tuesday evening.  

Justin Trudeau, along with Regina Liberal MP Ralph Goodale, met with the 11 chiefs that make up the File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council.

Sentence appeal denied for man who hit and killed a Sask. conservation officer

A man who pled guilty to driving drunk when he hit and killed a Saskatchewan conservation officer will not get a shorter sentence.

Blaine Taypotat was given a 9 ½ year jail sentence for killing a conservation officer on Highway 11 near Saskatoon in May 2013.

Wall wins again: Sask. Party with 3rd straight majority

Brad Wall and the Saskatchewan Party are one step closer to dynasty territory, sweeping to a majority government victory for a third consecutive term.

It was another resounding victory for the Sask. Party leading in five and elected in 44 ridings with 63 per cent of the popular vote.
