Manville Bay officially reopens

Kevin and Theresa Tabuchi officially reopen Manville Bay.
The couple run the townhouses that are owned by the Canadian Revivalist Centre, where Kevin is a pastor.
He said it will take a tremendous effort to keep the 30 homes in the state they are in.
