UPDATE: Missing Shellbrook-area couple found

UPDATE: RCMP say Roland Sasakamoose and Brenda Johnstone have been located safe and sound.

Shellbrook RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding two missing people from a nearby First Nation.

Roland Sasakamoose and Brenda Johnstone, of the Ahtahkakoop First Nation, last spoke with family on Dec. 14 before leaving for Regina. Sasakamoose, 60, and Johnstone, 55, are believed to be travelling in an older model, light blue four-door car. RCMP say a check of their residence confirmed they have not been home for some time.

Anyone with information about the location of Roland Sasakamoose or Brenda Johnstone is asked to contact Shellbrook RCMP or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
