Cops clinch friendly hockey showdown with P.A. youth

Dec 12, 2018 | 4:11 PM

It’s a fun rivalry that helps build bridges between the Prince Albert Police Service and youth in the community.

PAPS members claimed bragging rights for another year after the friendly tussle at the Alfred Jenkins Field House Wednesday.

The police team will keep the trophy they clinched last year after the latest edition of the floor hockey match up that pits members of the P.A. Outreach Program against the Prince Albert City Police/SWAT team.

In the spirit of the occasion the winners also get to enjoy a pizza lunch bought by their opponents.
