Pedestrian hit on highway near Leask

According to Parkland Ambulance, a man who was struck by a vehicle Sunday evening near Leask, was taken by ambulance to hospital in good and stable condition.

The collision happened around 5:20p.m. along highway 40. There has been no explanation provided to paNOW regarding why the man was walking on the highway.

At last word he was still in hospital.
