Nov 23, 2018 | 4:57 PM

Three suspects are in custody after police investigated a string of robberies earlier this week.

The Prince Albert Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of 28th Street at 7:21 p.m. on Nov. 21 after a group of suspects approached a victim in an apartment parking lot complex.

The victim was assaulted when the group attempted to steal his vehicle. One attacker had an edged weapon. A person who tried to assist the victim was also assaulted by the group. Before fleeing the scene, the suspects stole two cellphones.

The group then caused another disturbance at the hospital that evening when a man assaulted a female patient and stole her cellphone. The male fled prior to police arriving and police are asking anyone with information on his identity to come forward.

Two others from the group, a man and a woman, approached another person and attempted to steal his vehicle. He was assaulted before police arrived on scene.

Kesikaw Sanderson, 24, was charged with robbery with violence, breach of undertaking and breach of probation.

Keely Felix, 20, was charged with robbery with violence.

Jacky Lachance, 19, was charged with robbery with violence, assault with a weapon and breach of probation.

The three appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court this morning.
