UPDATE: Police arrest man wanted for more than three years

UPDATE: The Prince Albert Police Service says Jeffery Wagenaar has been taken into custody.

The Prince Albert Police Service and La Loche RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted man.
 
Jeffery Wagenaar, 38, has evaded police for three and a half years after failing to attend a court date. He is now believed to be in the La Loche area.
 
He’s wanted on charges of sexual assault and sexual touching of a minor under 16 years, stemming from an incident in Prince Albert in 2015.

Anyone with information on Wagenaar’s location is asked to contact the Prince Albert Police Service or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
