Attempted break-and-enter suspect nabbed

The Prince Albert Police Service arrested a suspected burglar after a neighbour reported suspicious activity.

Around 4 p.m. on Aug 15, police were dispatched to a break-and-enter call on the 500 block of 8th St. E. The suspect was observed attempting to enter the back door of a home before walking away, police said.

The suspect, a 56-year-old male, was located a few blocks away, on 5th St. E and was arrested.

He’s set to appear in Prince Albert Provincial court today, facing attempted break-and-enter charges.
