14 arrested after police search 2 homes in Midtown

The Prince Albert Integrated Street Enforcement Team arrested 14 people Tuesday after executing two separate search warrants in the Midtown area.

Warrants were executed at a 460 13th St. E. and 406 11th St. E. around 11 a.m. During the search, officers seized several firearms, drugs, ammunition, cash, and body armour.

The Prince Albert Police, Special Weapons and Tactical Team (SWAT), and the K9 unit assisted in the search and subsequent arrests.

At the first property, officers arrested a man and woman from Prince Albert who were charged with many firearms and drug-related offences. Two women and two men from Prince Albert were charged with several firearms-related offences stemming from the search at the second property. A total of 54 criminal code charges were laid by police during this investigation.
