Four arrested, meth seized after RCMP, PAPS investigation

The Prince Albert Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET) has concluded an investigation which arrested four people and led to the seizure of drugs, cash and a Taser.

On July 11, officers from the Prince Albert Police Service Patrol unit and members of the Rosthern RCMP detachment helped ISET in its investigation. A total 99.1 grams of methamphetamine worth roughly $8,000 was seized. Six-thousand dollars cash was also seized along with a Taser weapon.

A 29-year-old man from Saskatoon was charged with several weapon and drug-related charges and breaching court ordered conditions.

A 36-year-old man from Saskatoon was charged with multiple drug and weapon related charges.

A 25-year old man from Prince Albert was charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking and breaching a court order.

A 28-year-old woman from Prince Albert was charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.

All will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court today. They are presumed innocent at this stage.
