Champion Predators hold awards banquet
The Prince Albert Predators officially wrapped up their Prairie Gold Lacrosse League junior title winning season on Saturday night with their annual awards banquet.
The big winner of the awards was graduating captain Brendan Beaulac, who took home the Most Valuable Player and King of Loosies honours. For those not on top of their lacrosse lingo, the “King of Loosies” is awarded to players that acquire the most loose balls throughout the season.
Ashton Hall was named Offensive Player of the Year as well as receiving league awards of Playoff MVP and PGLL All-Star.
