Caution advised for Halloween

It’s that’s time of year again where ghosts, goblins, witches, princesses and superheroes will walk the streets and police are reminding people to stay safe.

As Halloween approaches, police are saying it’s important for parents to inspect candy their children bring home to make sure it’s safe for consumption.

“You have to be cautious when your kids come home with their bags of candy,” said Prince Albert Police Service Sgt. Bill Chow. “

“You have to examine and take the time to look and make sure it’s something you yourself would eat.”
