Three people charged with first-degree murder in the death of a Prince Albert man last year will be back in court later this week.

Both Boden Umpherville, 35, and William Chaboyer, 23, are scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court again on Thursday. Marrissa Bird, 29, who is also facing charges, is set to appear again on Friday.

All three are charged with first-degree murder in relation to the death of Duane Brett Ledoux, who was found inside a home in the 800 block of 17th Street West last August.

The suspects are presumed innocent at this stage.
