Two bodies found after house fire in Rosthern

Rosthern RCMP and local fire teams located two bodies inside a residence, after responding to a house fire Friday night.

Emergency crews were called to the home in the 900 block of Third St. East at approximately 6:20 p.m. Upon arrival, they found the residence "completely engulfed in flames."

According to Rosthern Fire and Rescue social media channels, the department fought the blaze until 3:00 a.m. 

The bodies, believed to be adults, were found inside the home.

RCMP have not confirmed the identities of the victims and say the cause of the fire is unknown as they continue to investigate.
