Mucho Burrito-Fresh Mexican Grill
Right from the onset the experience begins. Mexican melodies greet you as you walk in the door making you instantly feel as though you have been transported. The smell of the food, the beat of the music, the swaying of your hips as you sashay to the counter ...Mucho Burrito…bring it on!
The store's owner, Romil Patel, said ensuring everyone who walks through the door has a unique experience is part of the reason why he loves Mucho Burrito so much.
Described as ‘Mucho food with Mucho quality’, Mucho Burrito provides guests with an unmatched flavor experience, offering fresh and authentic Mexican food in a contemporary and casual setting. Featuring a “no rules” menu enhanced by the scent of spices, roasted vegetables and charbroiled and braised meats, each meal is made to order right in front of guests’ eyes. Guests can choose from a variety of menu selections, including hand-rolled burritos, tacos, quesadillas, salads and a selection of custom Mucho Burrito hot sauces. Not to mention, this fast-casual restaurant is licensed, serving traditional Mexican beers and Jose Cuervo ready to drink margaritas completing the Authentic Mexican experience.
Mucho Burrito understands that the best way to make delicious, mouth-watering Mexican food is by using real and fresh ingredients. That means real food, like their grain-fed chicken and their Canadian AAA beef. Mucho Burrito is known for its all-natural guacamole and salsas made with traditional fire roasted techniques. Both are made fresh by hand daily, ensuring you receive the most flavorful taste of authentic Mexico this side of the border.
Mucho Burrito’s catering program has also made selecting your next business lunch or family fiesta an easy one. Feed a bunch of amigos without going loco by impressing your guests and colleagues with our gourmet taco bar, a spread fit for Mayan gods. Or turn your next special event from a siesta into a fiesta with our Build Your Own Burrito Bowl, Gourmet Taco bar & Boxed Lunch options.
Patel, who is originally from India before immigrating to Canada in 2009, fell in love with Mucho Burrito while travelling across the country for work. With a tight budget and limited options, he ate out often but after a while, the greasy food started taking its toll.
It was during a trip to Fort McMurray that Patel stumbled onto Mucho Burrito. He said he had been travelling for some time and hadn't had a home cooked meal in weeks. He decided to try the Mexican restaurant since he thought it would be a healthier choice.
“I really loved it,” he said. “In terms of food, it really gave me a fresh option.
When you are on the go, you want that real and fresh food taste but at the same time you are not feeling guilty.” Mucho Burrito made such an impression on Patel that he dedicated himself to learn more about the business. After three years of digging into the restaurant, Patel brought Mucho Burrito to Prince Albert. The business, located at 15th Street East, opened its doors last July. He said it has been a dream come true to see the restaurant open.
Come on in and get your Mexican on, amigo!
