“It’s absolutely false,” he says. “Any products we put in or on your car meet or exceed manufacturer’s specs.  By coming to Great Canadian Oil Change you aren’t affecting your warranty in any way.  We recommend what the manufacturer recommends. We’ll let you know when you reach certain service intervals and let you decide which ones to service.  If you don’t want any of the services the information will go on your invoice as a reminder.  Us pestering you about what you need done to your car is just going to annoy you and force us to lose a customer. We’d much rather let you know about your car and leave all the decisions up to you, the way it should be.”
